Through blind eyes I can see
Through deaf ears I can hear
Assembling my fate
Has become all too clear
I can’t return
To where I’ve been
The fading black
Takes all I’ve seen
The shadows cast reflect on me
Inversely falling to the sea
The future has become
The past in front of me
Locked inside a space so real
Break the cage and fi nally set me free
I can’t remain
Where I have been
The fading black washes my sin
The shadows cast reflect on me
Inversely falling to the sea
Pillars stand
Crumbling
Fading black
Reflects on me (through what I see)
Unfamiliar (known to me)
Familiarity
Beginnings over (end is near)
And I know that
I can’t return here
I cannot return where
I think I know I come from
Seeing black and hearing
The sounds of the nothing calls me
You and my refl ections cast
Shadows upon the æther

This is just the kind of uplifting music my world needed right now. The first half of Where Is Now makes me tear up a little. But I'm picking Smile as my favorite because it feels like a complete journey by itself. So many twists and turns, you never know what's going to happen next, plus an incredible vocal performance and a soaring chorus. Ryan Johanson
